"Very clean atmosphere. I received a friendly greeting when I came in the door. The man that took my order was really friendly as well. Over all the staff was awesome. I ordered a Bacon burger and added avocado and Mayo. The quality of the food was top tier. This burger was very satisfying! It did put a dint in my pocket. But as to be expected."

"used to be the best burger in the area, but not any more. food is mediocre, service is terrible, price is almost doubled compared to four years ago. they don’t add any toppings by default and they don’t tell you that. will not go there again"

"Took 25+ minutes to recieve our order because the manager didn't call our name. When asked why our bag was just sitting there he told us they were still warm for 25 minutes.... so my to go order was guaranteed cold. Thanks, super customer minded. They forgot a milkshake as well so one was melted because the had put it in a fridge and one was fresh. All we heard was silence from management because he was too busy counting money on uber orders to give a damn about my $78+ order. Not customer service minded and honestly just another fast food burger worth about 3 dollars. 0 stars if I could. (Ps I even left a tip when I paid so it was 80+) Inb4 management complains about lack of workers but with the amount of bags your pumping out, that just seems like you care about money not quality."

"BGR is about burgers and this is highly commendable to see the attention and care to polish the best grilled burgers for mankind. I'm not a burger fiend but this is clearly a competitor to Five Guys and other '"we-do-burgers-best" chains. It can be hard to separate the best from the pack as their is really not a unique or original burger recipe that would garner a James Beard award. The best takeaway from BGR is the burger meat patties which are super soft and falls apart very easily to the chew - oh, and these burgers are not cheap. This can only mean that BGR does not process (e.g. cut/grind) the meat that much thereby freeing up *less* myocin protein [considered a 'sticky' protein that grabs hold of water and other proteins] which makes a burger patty with a soft & loose texture. So remember, low myocin = less meat cutting/grinding = soft texture meat and vice versa high myocin = lots cutting/grinding = tough texture meat when chewed. If you like soft burgers that take no effort to chew, BGR is your go-to burger haunt. Some, like me, may like a denser chew to one's burger, in which case you may want to try another burger joint. To each his/her own, but for me this was not a mind-blowing experience and it's a mighty fine and soft burger."

"Lives up to the name. My burger, fries, and egg were each cooked to near perfection and came out quickly. I ordered a custom burger, and Kennedy made sure to get everything correct. She was very patient and friendly. All of the ingredients were fresh and the place was clean. It was a little pricey for a burger and fries, but exceptionally good nonetheless. Only bummer is they do not use grass fed beef, and they don't accept cash. Recommended."
