Chipotle Mexican Grill

"First time coming in to this location. Got a chicken burrito bowl with all the toppings. Portion was very generous. The food, however, was too salty for my taste (even more so than usual for a Chipotle). Also got a fountain drink. The staff were patient and friendly. They also make a round in the dining area every so often to sweep and clean up. Only thing I noticed really cleanliness-wise was fountain soda dispenser looked a little bit icky with some build up of whatever it is on the side: little bit grossed out when I noticed. The bathroom was a little bit messy when I went in to wash my hands as well. I'm not sure if it's because they're coming off a busy hour or something. This location is quite busy with a lot of mobile orders and take aways. I sat in a corner, though, so the hustle and bustle and the noises that come with a busy location didn't really bother me much. I think it's a real chill location even with a lot of foot traffic. Overall okay service and okay food. Wouldn't particularly go out of my way to go here, but will stop by if I'm hungry and it's convenient."

"Some very good food here I enjoy getting their burritos and bowls they have a lot of good food here you can build your own bowl or your burrito and they have a lot of healthy items here too and they use a lot of fresh ingredients which I really like this is a very good location of this restaurant chain just several the other locations that I've been to I am glad the dislocation continues to have the good food just as the other locations do we do highly recommend this location it's a great place for the whole family of all age groups you will find good things to eat here"

"Unfortunately, someone from corporate likely needs to drop in and check on how this location is trained to run. Quality, attention to detail, accuracy: all lacking in execution. We have ordered from this location about once a month since they opened. We have seen a drastic decline in the past 6 months to the extent that today will be the last order. It’s everything you might expect: incorrectly followed orders, over cooked/burnt chicken, pico de gallo that’s all onion, missing paid sides, unsalted chips, small bowl portions that don’t even fill up half the container, browning guac, and more. Over time, this all adds up. Now, the corporation corrects some of the mistakes when you reach out via the app/help but unfortunately you are still left with a below expectations meal that just doesn’t satisfy. It’s not worth the risk to go to this location and be left disappointed. That being said, the staff is quite friendly face-to-face. Never had anyone who was rude or disrespectful. This just appears to be poor management."

"Normally I love my burrito bowls but this was very possibly the worst experience I’ve had at any chipotle. The brown rice wasn’t fully cook so it was like trying to eat pellets. And I went for the barbacoa this time around I’m not sure what there deal was but even though barbacoa is boiled in the bag they clearly left it wayyyyy too long super dry. And lastly the shredded cheese just tasted old. Now I know everyone has an off day or an off experience but that was just terrible. Moving forward I will be going back to the fort Evans location instead since I’ve never had a bad experience. That is if I even go back at all."

"What a mess! The first thing I noticed when I walked through the door was the big clumps of mud at the entrance. My last two experiences were similar. Dirty floors, nasty tables. Drink dispenser unkept and messy ice machine empty. Tops of trash cans covered with food. Overall unsanitary feeling as you put the food in your mouth."
