"Ok this Sonic has the rudest employees I’ve ever dealt with at any other sonic but also other fast food restaurants. I pulled up around 7:30 and was surprised to see absolutely no other customers in the drive through line and also inside the restaurant which is very unusual for a sonic. I waited over 10 minutes for someone to take my order which was strange since there were no customers there and I could see several workers inside. After finally getting my order, I asked for another sauce and was told I only get one and need to pay for anymore. I told her I’ve never had to pay for another sauce and I had ordered a large. She said she was just doing her job and I told her I was supposed to at least get 2. She gave me another sauce while sarcastically saying have a wonderful day. It was night time and she was obviously just being rude. Don’t bother with this location because the workers obviously don’t want to work or be polite to customers. You won’t find any form of customer service here. By the way my food was also cold and my soda was flat of course. This is not the sonic our family has known and loved for 20 years."

"Been here twice, For one, the young employees here seem overworked/tired. There is no indication if you can come inside or not, I got yelled at for it. And then I heard a woman say who happens to be a manager I found out, say “what the hell is he coming in here for”. There was a lot of yelling and obnoxious laughing over the speaker when I tried to order. Very unprofessional. I have never been to sonic until now, so of course most fast food places you can step in to order. I just had a little confusion, and did not deserve that. The food is always made with some thick cheese that is gross. I got a milkshake twice for my kid and the ice cream was so thick he couldn’t sip it for 30 minutes. And they do not offer thicker straws or anything to accommodate for their weird ice cream that they are “known for” And I typically don’t leave reviews because I know people are trying. Especially young adults, but this place left me feeling uneasy. Maybe it’s an upper management problem. From the customer service, to the food.. Wouldn’t recommend."

"Save yourself some time and don't bother coming here to get food. This is my fifth time coming here since they have opened. They have messed up my food three of the five times. My order is very simple. Number 1 with no mayonnaise. All three times, my hamburger has been covered in mayonnaise. I received my order without checking and drive back to work. Sit down to eat and find out my hamburger has mayonnaise all over it. So I drive back there and ask to speak to the manager on duty. The manager comes outside and I inform him of my problem. The only thing the manager would say is, " I apologize ." I got a new burger back with no mayonnaise but is not even warm. I will not be going back to this Sonic, nor do I recommend it to anyone."

"This was gonna be 1 Star, but thankfully they have a great GM that despite being set up for failure by corporate office, is still able to provide positive customer service. So this review is really a blame on corporate but is a direct effect on the local location. Your company pushes to use the app for perks and discounts, yet the new location isn’t even set up on the app which means you gotta sit in line for 15 minutes or at a booth waiting for even longer and can’t use your coupons, gift reward, or other discount perks that come with the app! Your Google account is set up, so surely the app could have also been set up before ope ing. Sonic has never been know for their speed, but with the app, it’s tolerable. If you’re in any type of hurry or time crunch avoid Sonic."

"I’ve been excited about this place opening in Leesburg for quite some time. It’s been forever since I’ve been to a sonic, so I was really looking forward to this place coming in. Assuming things continue to progress there’s plenty to be excited about, but be aware that they are still working out some growing pains right now. To be fair, I’m not sure exactly where they would open when they aren’t fully ready but maybe it’s to dip their toes in the water. The food is really good for fast food. The burger here is much better than you would find at a typical fast food joint like McDonald’s or Wendy’s. The tater tots were just sort of meh, and so were the jalapeño poppers. But again, the burger was really good. The car hop who brought my food out was very friendly, and I’m sure she brought the food out as soon as it was ready but it did take what I would consider to be an excessive amount of time. Maybe 10 minutes or so from the time I ordered. The person taking the order through the microphone was also very friendly, and let me know that I could insert my credit card into the window for payment. Of course that didn’t work so it required more time for me to sort out how to pay for the food once I got to my car. At this point, only about half of the drive up locations are working, and the traffic pattern is kind of weird so just be aware of that until they get all of those kinks worked out it’s kind of a challenge. I’ll definitely go back, and will update the review once they get there see legs about them and start operating normally."
