"Eve's is a small chic restaurant serving Asian fusion primarily with a Vietnamese influence. In a quiet neighborhood with street parking and a garage around the corner. Overall rating 3.5. The restaurant has an elegant lounge feel with maybe a dozen cafe style tables. Considering it's a small restaurant, we made reservations in advance. Service was great and friendly staff. We started with the Oceanic Bites which was tasty and very similar to a tuna poke flavors. Pork belly buns were full of flavor and a nice twist with chopped peanuts to add some texture. Garlic noodles with shrimp was a hit, although shrimp was overcooked. Pho Nominal had lol the fixings of traditional pho, although we found the broth to be sweet and the noodles were all clumped together. The broth was also warm, not steaming hot we hoped for on a cold night."
"I had dinner at EGLB this evening and I must say that I was impressed. Some of the dishes were very simple but intricate. I had the yellow tail appetizer which was amazing and the kabob. The ambiance is great and really had a Christmas feel that made the experience during the holidays even better!"
"The food and service here was wonderful! Decor is just stunning. Also, the amount of food is really big as well. We were given great recommendations from Joelle! We ordered Hawaiian skewers, pork buns, blazing harmony, and the Vietnamese garden! All were amazing!"
