"They are so rude. I've been going there for years. And when I ask for in Estrada ducks sauce. They only gave me 2 for my wings. I asked for 3 more & they were charging me $1.50 extra for ducks sauce this is ridiculous. I give them a negative -1 and will not go back to them even if I love their wings."

"EXTREMELY rude on multiple occasions when that type of attitude was completely unwarranted. Also the food is average at best. I will never spend another dollar here again. I’ll drive 5 mins up the street to middle River and get better food and service."
"I have been patronizing this restaurant for over five years. The lady at the desk has always been rude, but the food has always been good so I just dealt with it. Well today was my last straw and my last time ever coming here spending my money. I called in an order as I always do, I asked the lady for a combination platter. When I get to my car to eat my egg roll I noticed they didn’t put it in bag. I go back in and say hey you forgot my egg roll, the lady proceeds to get loud and tell me I didn’t order a combo platter and that I ordered a special platter and it doesn’t come with an egg roll. I said to her did you take my order she said no, so how do you know what I ordered. I said I specifically said combination platter and specifically asked for pork egg roll. She wouldn’t give me an egg roll wanted to charge me for it and said she couldn’t give me one because the 2 dollars would come out her pocket. I said well you know what here’s your food just give me my money back. She then told me I could no longer call in orders I have to come in, I said I’ll do one better I’ll never order from here again. She would rather lose 20 dollars over a two dollar egg roll. She’s very rude and shouldn’t be dealing with people at all. I’ve spent so much money with this business over the years but they will not get one penny from me ever again. I will spend my money where they actually care about customer service and show a little appreciation for the customer. Without us you’d be out of business!!!!"
