"Now I’ve been eating here since 2019 never had a problem food was always good. Delivery was always perfect, but today I ordered delivery first I told the young lady that took my order for mozzarella sticks and she didn’t put them on the order. I was willing to let that go because I wasn’t charged and the driver said she was in training. I go to eat the pizza and the topping fall right off and it’s cold. I call and tell the so called manager and she gets smart and act as if I’m lying, I never alone gave attitude and was only nice and respectful on the phone. I live around the corner.not even 10 mins away no reason for cold pizza so I drove it back to the store and she proceed to be rude and nasty while giving my refund. I will never order from here and I have coworkers that order here also every day. The attitude was nasty and she can consider our business gone. I never do this but she was just too damn rude for me not to leave this here."

"I order all the time. Most of the time it is hot, accurate, and fast. I am not sure if there is a cheese shortage or what but the past couple times I've had trouble. I ordered "extra" cheese on a meat lovers pizza and there seemed to be less than on a "regular" cheese. A salad that was suppose to have cheese, didn't have any cheese at all. It seems petty but most places suck. I choose this place because of the accuracy, and quality so if it's changing, that is disappointing. I don't like their new online ordering site either. Maybe I'm just use to the old one? I recommend checking your order when picking up!"

"Been going here for years....ingredients always fresh and the owner is a really cool guy. The breakfast is the best, but it's the shrimp cheesesteak that rocks my boat."

"The food was good and it was fresh. Unfortunately, they did not get 2 of our subs correct, which is why they didn't get that 5th star. It's definitely a place to get a fresh, delicious sub, and the pizza is okay (not bad, just not my favorite), which is probably just my preference because it was hot!"

"*This place deserves no stars* NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. Before placing the order, I made sure to ask if you could order wings this early and was assured that it would be okay. I ordered the chicken wing and fry special at 10:13am and my food arrived as if it was reheated from the night before. My chicken and fries were NOT fresh at ALL. I called and spoke with the OWNER RANDA and she was very nasty on the phone. Refused to replace my food or process a refund. She hung up on me four times and repeatedly told me that she "did not have time for this". She stated that she cooked the food and she knows that the food was cooked fresh after I told her that the food does not look or taste fresh. Randa the OWNER offered to give me a credit for the food. I DO NOT WANT TO EAT ANY FOOD FROM THIS BUSINESS! I was told by the manager "if you don't like the food, don't come back". I have NEVER dealt with such low customer service in my LIFE! I will be contacting The Baltimore County Health Department and BBB on this trash of a business. I will be uploading complaints and photos of my food to EVERY review site and social media platform. DO NOT... I REPEAT DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE."
