"Sad how far this location has fallen. I been coming here for 20 years and have known all the different owners… I remember when it was just a sub shop !! But man the quality is gone thanks to new owners who really don’t care for how they serve their guests. Hours are unreliable, items are overpriced. Not a neighborhood friendly place anymore"
"This is my first time ordering from New York chicken and my last. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR FOOD..The chicken was the worst chicken I had ever eaten.. It was dry and cooked tooo hard. A hyena couldn't bite through that iron, brillo pad meat..I never new french fries could look and taste disgusting..I'm telling are my friends do not waste your money at New York chicken on Windsor mill rd. Oh and the food smelled disgusting. This is the worst place in the world to order food from.. People don't waste your money here you will regret it!"
"Ordered a cheesesteak combo and it was pretty good. Tasted fresh and was hot. But the fries aren't good tho. Cheap and they fry them with a weird tasting oil. Good prices too."
