"This is a " wait a while pharmacy". Almost never answer the phone. I have been using them for 30 years, they have gone down hill the past 7 years or so. I get the feeling they are understaffed and go slower in protest??"

"This pharmacy has really gone downhill recently, never have anything in stock, long fill times, and not so friendly clerks. Never used to be this way not sure if there’s a new manager or what"

"They never ever have your script ready. I telephone and they tell me the script is ready. When I go, there is the inevitable long line at the counter, and they tell me they are out of the medication and it's coming in on the truck tomorrow. Why couldn't they tell you that on the phone? Another time, I telephoned first and when I went in, I was told it's not ready yet. Wait 20 minutes. I go back in 20 minutes and it's still not ready. I went back during the evening and it still wasn't ready. They never have enough help. And the employees who are working are all standing behind the back counter and they will not come up and help whoever is checking people out at the counter. I don't like they way they treat people at this pharmacy."

"You better call before you come and check and see if your script has been filled. Don't just trust they'll fill it, no matter how long the script be there. Most common phrase out of their mouths to customers is please wait 20 minutes."

"Bought 3 covid tests today for a sick daughter. They were outdated. Brought them back. Customer service was closed, pharmacy wouldn't correct this. My daughter is sick, now I have to wait for customer service to come back c k from lunch to return these and go to drug store to try to find a good one. No concern for a handicapped person having to run back and forth for refund. Th excha"
