"I frequent your Hardee’s is Warsaw VA several times a week and the service is usually very accommodating, however today Samuel was downright Rude!!!! We couldn’t get a 10 piece because they weren’t cooked. We would have waited but were not given the opportunity. When we got back in our vehicle, we didn’t have all of our food and had to go back in. Samuel argued that we got what we ordered but we had the bag of food and the receipt. I am not a complainer and let things slide most of the time however this was over the top in rudeness!"
