"Finally changed pharmacies after dealing with them for way too long. They couldn't get a medication in that I needed. That part's fine but no one ever bothered to tell me and I waited two days for it while my symptoms got worse. When I handed it to the girl she told me yes come back tomorrow we will order it. This kind of thing can cause people serious problems when you have health issues. They also give me problems because I need liquid, acting like it's a huge inconvenience to order it and telling me just break it open and swallow it.... Even they're doing that has made me sick because it puts it all into your stomach at once. I'm sorry, but I shouldn't be guilted about actual health problems that are on file, nor should I be made to feel embarrassed that I can't swallow a pill due to a medical condition."

"99 percent of the employees that work here are completely rude and act like you are bothering them, when requesting a script to be filled. I'm sorry, isnt that your job?? Its just such poor customer service, the worst I've ever seen. If you hate your job that bad, LEAVE, NO ONE WANTS YOU THERE ANYWAY IF YOUR GOING TO ACT LIKE THAT! Go work a job folding t-shirts or stocking a shelf. No need to take your miserableness out on customers who need medications to survive. Also, Refills are supposed to auto refill and half the time, they never do. We have to call each month and ask for our medications to be filled. And half the time it takes 2 days for a refill! What is going on here? Some ppl need meds for heart reasons, etc. The inconsistency and terrible customer service are the reasons we stopped coming here. Save your energy, go somewhere else."

"Horrible service. The techs love to play pharmacist when they have no right or education in doing so. When the pharmacist does get involved they talk down on one. Switched to another Giant Eagle Pharmacy."

"I always use this pharmacy and the last two pickups I’ve dealt with Cookie. She is amazing!!!! She’s always very polite to me and helpful. Today I feel she went above and beyond what anyone else would’ve done, and she did so because she wanted to. She took the initiative and saw it through. Thank you again!!"

"If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the most dysfunctional pharmacy I've ever been to! Issues every time but the last 1 takes the cake! Went for flu shot, 2 people ahead of me & 2 people after me waiting. Did the intake info, sat for 45 mins & still no flu shot! Taking people out of order in which they signed in, spoke to someone about it & was told oh, oh well! Then a woman was called in & they gave her the wrong shot! Could of had a real lawsuit on your hands! I know I would of filed a complaint! So waited another 20 mins, then they called a woman in that signed in after me & they didn't have the right paperwork! And I was still sitting there! After over 45 mins of waiting while only 2 people that were ACTUALLY ahead of me I got up & left! This pharmacy is AWFUL!"
