Buffalo Wild Wings

"The family and I went today ( Sunday) for a late lunch. We waited 10 minutes to be seated and watched a waitress deliberately not make eye contact with us as she roamed the dining room. Meanwhile we could hear all the other staff gathered in the back laughing and talking loudly. After we were seated our waitress came after another 15 minutes so we ordered our drinks and food at the same time. The kids got wings and my wife and I got brisket tacos. Our drinks took another 10 minutes except for my beer that took another 10. Our appetizer showed up 15 minutes later and our food 5 minutes after that. The waitress only came back once in 20 minutes however the brisket tacos were awful. They were oversauces gobs of fatty rubbery meat that could not be chewed enough to swallow. My wife could only eat one actual taco after spitting out the meat that could not be chewed. Mine were not as bad as hers but still pretty bad. I'm giving two stars because the kids wings were well prepared and they enjoyed them. I will not be returning to give any further patronage to this business."

"The service was great with a friendly waitress. However, the wings were disappointingly small for the price of $10. My wife and I left feeling unsatisfied and, unfortunately, won't be returning due to the perceived size inflation of the food."

"Horrible Service. The hostess & waitress both seemed very nice at first. We were sat at a dirty booth; we had to wipe the food from the seats to sit down. We ordered appetizers. Our waitress walked away before we finished our order; we had to wait for her to notice us waving to finish ordering. Of the 3 orders, we only received 2 because she forgot to even put in one of the orders. The cooks brought our first appetizer. It was warm, fresh and finished. The second appetizer our waitress brought was cold. The wait for dinner food was well over 45 minutes. When the food was received, it was cold. (Might not be a kitchen issue, as the waitress paid no attention to us.) Our waitress told us the kitchen messed up the orders & as she is explaining, it was her who messed up and thankfully we corrected the issue. Our waitress relied on poor memory. I never saw her write our orders/drinks. No one ate- we all tried our cold food but it was not appetizing to eat cold chicken and fries. The boys had wings; they ate 7 of 36 and decided to wait to heat them. We sat at the table waiting for the waitress to come by so we could get the check. It was at least 20 minutes before she acknowledged us. For 5 people with full plates, she brought 3 boxes. Another 10 minutes went by and we had to find a different waitress to get the other boxes. 10 more minutes, no waitress. We had to ask someone else to cash us out so we could leave. In the 2 hours we were there, our waitress checked in once. If the restaurant was busy, I'd understand. Appetizer dishes were never removed, not even to make room for dinner plates. We kept shuffling them around the table to make room. Our waitress made the experience an unfortunate one, as not one of 5 people ever wants to return."

"Just an all around bad experience. We came in at 9pm on a Friday, they weren’t busy at all. We ordered beer, it took the server 15 minutes to come back to the table and tell us they were out of it, then another 15 minutes to even bring us the second drinks we ordered. We wanted vinegar for our fries, they don’t carry it………even low end restaurants have everything for fries. Our burger was ordered with no tomatoes, even had a sticker on the tray that said no tomatoes yet, I was still pulling tomatoes off of it. We had to sit and wait for our server, Zoe to make her way back too long, too many times. We weren’t fans of bw3 to begin with and this justified why. Unfortunate. Update: a company that does not care about their customers experiences. No reply’s, no contact, no nothing. Go elsewhere. There are much better options out there!!"

"Late lunch on a Monday afternoon. No crowd. Easy to find with plenty of parking. There was a lot more stuff on the menu than just wings. Some unique dishes. Service was prompt. My food was hot. Burn your tongue off hot. I ordered two items. By the time I finished the first the second was still hot. Prices were high. Would be happy to go back."
