"Food was good..we sat in the restaurant and the floor was dirty and the table was not the cleanest. Coffee was lukewarm and soup as well. The staff was cleaning but seemed as if he could be anywhere but at work. Asked for a fresh batch of coffee but still came out lukewarm. Overall not bad for a quick bite but my expectations were not exceeded from 5 years ago ..same average service..some things never change."
"k, I could have complained but didn't. I very rarely go to Panera cause it is a little high on what I cannot afford. since I did alot of running around, I thought a steak & cheese sub would be nice. I got that, spicy fried pickles and a pink lemonade. I spent a little over $17.00. couple of ice cubes in warm lemonade, overdone toasted bread, very thin pickles tasted like rubber. just horrible experience."
