Papa Johns Pizza

"Darkest burnt pizza, ordered as normal bake and original NOT thin crust, I've ever seen in my life. I took a literal video and pics of this crispy brown and black disaster and shared with friends. Before this, I called to request the sauces I paid extra for (they always miss them) and Parm cheese to substitute for Mozz, and this took 2 calls bc dude hung up randomly first, and it sounded like it was all too much for him to deal with. Called back upon receiving a large topping covered BURNT cracker instead of a pizza... Same rude "manager" offers NO apology and blamed the oven and the GrubHub driver, anything but his ineptitude by sending a pizza looking like this catastrophe to leave the restaurant.... and offered nothing to help, complained that I called 3x, took zero responsibility, just said to contact GrubHub. Even laughed when I said hey man this is all your bad. 30 bucks after tip for a 12" burnt, inedible pizza, 1 small drink and 2 sauces. Wild times fam! Dinner ruined."

"Worst experience ever. They never delivered the pizza, lied about delivery on the app. Lied about trying to contact me. Then when I reached out to them the team member told me that it was my fault. Wouldn’t be clear about double charging me if I got it redelivered. Eventually after trying to get answers, I just asked for a refund. Considering the prices and the terrible customer service I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As someone who works in the service industry I know it’s not difficult to be kind and find solutions for customers."

"ordered pizza just now and came in damaged. delivery guy is super rude and tells me to take the pizza box out of his bag then takes off. this will be my last time ordering from here Can we take a vote to have this place shut down???? I just went today 5/9/23 to pickup my order few minutes after maximum due time and they wanted to make me wait another 30 mins or so. Zero apologies!! I've never been so angry after one of their employee's response. I really want this place shut down or the owner to contact me IMMEDIATELY. Currently I'm contacting PAPA JOHNS customer service and their HQ to make complaints to them."

"This location is very hit or miss. Wife had a bad experience today when they didn't even bother slicing the pizza before it left the store. Quality and dependability is going down. We had it delivered to our pool but forced us to run home to grab a cutter to eat our pizza. Before hand other bad experience was over an hour delay on an early (before 12pm delivery during a weekday)."
