Domino's Pizza

"Ordered normal sauce and the pizza under the cheese was barely covered with sauce. Cheap management! Make sure when you order online to call the store to make sure this doesn't happen. Also last was unfriendly and zero customer service skills when picking up order. One extra star for timeliness!"

"I've always found this Dominos location to be inconsistent with the quality of their pizza, but the last time I ordered from here I had the absolute worst experience. I was having guests over and I ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese. I asked for it to be delivered at a certain time and the representative on the phone kept warning me that because it's a Friday night and its going to get busy that there's a chance it won't be delivered on time. What customer wants to hear that when they're placing the order in advance?? That was the first red flag, but I let it slide. To my surprise, the pizza was delivered early! It was very surprising considering that with previous orders through this location I've had to call multiple times to see where my delivery order was because they'd deliver the pizza so late (keep in mind I live almost walking distance from the store). Anyway, the driver seemed like he was high or something because his behavior was very odd - he started to walk away without even handing me my pizza after I handed him the tip. He also remained outside my house a little too long after going back to his car... When I opened the pizza with my guests a few minutes later, we were all shocked at the amount of air bubbles in the pizza. It was extremely odd. We've all had Dominos pizza about a million times before and we've never seen air bubbles like that - it's always greasy and cheesy with only a fluffy crust. When we started to take a slice out of the box, all the pizza was stuck together, hard, and stale! It was like the pizza had been sitting out in the open - it wasn't even hot. We had to tear it apart and everyone ended up with sloppy uneven slices. It was not cut properly. Once we started eating, all my guests commented on how dry the pizza was and we were all dunking it in ranch hoping it would become more edible that way. Despite it being incredibly embarrassing for me because of how terrible and inedible the pizza was in front of guests, what really bothered me the most was the lack of customer service / care from staff. I contacted them through the email listed in most of the responses to reviews here and someone reached out to me saying to give them my number and that we would be in touch - they never got back to me despite me even emailing a second time. It's there loss because I was going to deal with the matter privately instead of writing a review. Plus, look at their other reviews - they clearly don't care to improve. Never ordering from here again. There are better places such as Pizza Bolis and others."

"Usually order from another store but tried this location because quality at the other place have been going down. But it’s the same with this location. I think all of these domino’s stores in nova are all owned by one family. Anyways, it’s the same with this store. The pizza has barely any cheese/toppings on it and I got 2 different types of cheese on 5 toppings brooklyn style pizza and 3 different types of cheese on thin crust. I won’t be ordering from domino’s again."

"This review is based off of my last 2 visits to this Domino's. A few days ago, my fiance and I ordered a pizza to share. To preface, I have a red meat allergy and choose to not eat any meat so we ordered half pepperoni, whole cheese, and whole pineapple. Usually they are pretty good about keeping the sides even enough that we don't have to worry. Sadly, this time every slice had pepperoni on it somehow. My fiance grabbed some slices before I could take a pic, but 3/8 slices looked fine and pepperoni free at first, but upon further inspection had pepperoni on them somehow. Also, when my fiance walked into the store to pick-up the pizza since curbside was not an option, the employees started openly arguing. The visit before this my fiance and I ordered seperate pizzas and mine had a bug baked into the pineapple... sooo yeah. Contacted Domino's support twice and they claimed someone would reach out about the bug issue but nobody ever did. We only gave this Domino's another chance because I had points to use up, but this may have been the last chance for is."

"I love it how you see them making your pizza. And the idea of putting a space for the little ones to watch the dough show is brilliant. Employees are nice and friendly. To avoid waiting for 10-15 minutes make sure to give them a call ahead of time. Their bathroom are temporary closed since the pandemic."
