"I like this pharmacy. Sure, they can get really busy and behind and the wait in line can get pretty long, but what matters (to me anyway) is the staff. They are friendly, helpful and answer all my questions about mine and my family's prescriptions without an attitude. Id rather have a longer wait at a friendlier pharmacy any day. :)"
"Worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with in 50+ years. Extremely slow customer non-service. Exceptionally long wait times - a 20 minute wait is fast service in their book. 30 or more minutes seems to be the norm. Confusion reins throughout the organization. There will be four or five people at the front counter, but typically only one is waiting on customers, and she is slower than Moses ever was."
"Every time I get a prescription from this pharmacy I make sure to drop off or call in the order at least 5 hours ahead of time from when I plan on picking it up. Today I called in my prescription at 12pm, which took a total of 30 minutes because of being on hold for a simple order that they already had on file. The woman preceded to tell me the order would be ready for pick up at 4pm. I ended up getting there to pick up the order at 6pm & was told by a rude pharmacy tech who consistently interrupted me when giving my information, that it would be another 15 minutes. I then frustratedly went and killed about 25 mins of MY time giving them ample amount of time to finish the order. When I returned the same woman told me it's going to be a few more minutes. I ended up getting my prescription at 6:45. This woman never said sorry for your wait, we appreciate your patience, thank you, NOTHING! Plan to wait & deal with horrible customer service. The employees who help the customers in getting their perscriptions need a serious education on time management & customer service skills! Avoid this place at all costs!"
