"Had to give 1 star for guidelines. Used this shop 2 times after recently moving to Red Lion. First service was okay and reasonable. The (Second Service) they Installed my own tires and tire pressure sensors I provided. Total cost of 289.00. Unreal! and 45.00 a tire (mount & balance) and a hour labor to program the TPMS sensors. Will never use this garage again! Staff was nice though, but got gouged bigtime!"
"Honest shop that does great work. I took my vehicle in to have all of the brakes and rotors replaced and they called and told me that the rear brakes did not need to be replaced. They quickly diagnosed a bad wheel bearing and fixed it the same day. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always at or below what they quote you."
"I have been taking my vehicles to North End for many years. So did my mother/brother. They let me know when something needs to be done. They couldn't inspect my Escape last yr. due to needed work that was ignored/overlooked by Firestone. Unless unavoidable, will go nowhere else. Staff is great."
"How can I possibly review this place when they don't even bother to return your phone calls or messages left? Not even to the point of services rendered! I'm not talking constant calling or messaging either, I'm talking leave a voicemail after hours, wait over 2 weeks for a response, hear nothing, call back, two weeks later, still no response. It's like these guys don't actually want money. Fine by me! I'll start spreading the word that you guys don't like money, as well, since that's the only thing that I can imagine would lead you to treat returning customers this way. I've had several friends tell me that they've had the same experiences with you guys, despite the fact that they've been told amazing things about your service from other old guys that have been seeing you for years. Do you only return calls for regular customers now? This is not a good look for you. I really hate writing this review, too, as the service that I had here once in the past seemed pretty okay, but it wasn't amazing or anything above okay."
