"The one thing I do not like about Giants pharmacy is that they never answer the phone it is very annoying when you're trying to find out about some medication and every time you call nobody answers specially in the morning now y'all open at 9:00 I waited till 10:00 I know that you guys are not busy early in the morning so it's no excuse somebody needs to do something about that or maybe you need to put somebody back there to answer the phone"

"I really like using this pharmacy. The staff (especially the woman pharmacist) are always warm and friendly. They answered my questions and let me know what my options were. It’s obvious that there is a huge volume of customers. They work very hard and nonstop."

"I always have to call to get them started on my prescription that my doctor calls in earlier in the day. The first time they said that my doctor didn't call it in until 6pm, my doctor confirmed that they called it in earlier in the day. This is seriously one of the worse Giant pharmacys that I have been to. Stay away from here, its the worse."

"The pharmacy staff need to be trained in Customer Service. They are rude and nasty. I don't know about getting birth control it's probably everything. That lady that gives you your prescription is a so called Christian. LORD have mercy! The pharmacist and the staff in the back are always talking and messing around. I go CVS right up the street. Service is better!!!!"
