"The pharmacy has people in it who do not care about the communities they serve. They lack the empathy that it takes to give customers the best experience. They also do not do things consistently. Sometimes we are able to do everything via the app or online but most times they are not sending prescription requests to the doctors office. Now they are claiming not to be getting refill requests from the office. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. My daughter has reported this poor behavior to corporate. Please do the same!!!!"
"This pharmacy refused to serve you when you came in 15 min before closing. Prescription sent over days before and not ready by the promised date and time. Since Walgreens closed, I have to choose new pharmcy and this place is one of the worst."
"In short, this location is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Important prescriptions “on hold” and “in process” for weeks!!! No update or a home call from the pharmacy. I called and held for 57 minutes. No one ever answered the phone. I drove to the location and showed the pharmacist that I was currently holding and his response was that they’re “understaffed”. Unacceptable. I want to switch pharmacies all together."
