Instead of just telling me no, they asked around to each employee and eventually the manager came out and took about 10 minutes of his time to look up the part (of what he thought I needed). He ordered the part and it was in the next day. This was all for a $37 sale, but you can bet I’ll be back here for any future (and larger) purchases I may have."
"Swim Gem closed my pool today for the first time. (Sylvan did it last 7yrs and got worse every year) This was such a great experience! Guys were thoughtful, cleaned up everything, explained what and why they did things differently. This great experience got me to thinking of how much I leaned on them this summer and they were always there for me. Checking water chemistry and getting me balanced quickly. Helping me diagnose my Polaris vacuum . Lending me a vacuum while I was broken. Help me diagnose a broken pump over the phone and how to replace it myself. They offer old school awesome service. I enjoy engaging with them."

"The WORST pool company with extremely incompetent pool service team! They are very inexperienced regarding the pool filtration system and even incapable of simply balancing the pool chemicals. All they care about is sending you invoices for recommending unnecessary repairs without diagnosing or trouble shooting the issue. They have made multiple errors servicing my pool just in few weeks. On top of that, their customer service is horrible! I requested to speak with the Service/Operation manager regarding my issues several times, and never been able to do so. I would definitely NOT recommend Swim Gem to anyone one who is looking for a pool maintenance company."
