"It’s so cold in the theater that I almost left before the movie ended. It’s a shame that you have to bring a blanket to the movie theater to be comfortable. The manager stated he understood that it was cold and that he would adjust the temperature. They also gave me two free tickets to come back, which tells me they get this complaint often."
"We went on a Thursday evening and it was fairly busy. Really long line for concessions, which was understandable, but waited over 30 minutes to order. Almost all of the soda machines were out of ice, out of drinks, and extremely dirty. All of the diet coke (yes I tried every single one) were out of carbonation and tasted off. The drink areas looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day with sticky floors, lids and straws scattered, and drinks spilled on counters. Giving two stars instead of one because the people working seemed very nice and I know it was pretty busy, heard people complaining a ton about the wait, yet the people at the counters still were very nice! They deserve 5 stars, but the dirtiness in a food area gets a one star."
"I have a little bit mixed feeling with this place, but I always ended up coming back. My kids and I went to watch Wish movie yesterday, the floor by our reserved seats was definitely slippery. It seemed to me that someone just accidentally spilled a drink there. It was dangerous especially for kids. I wish they would check each row before the next showing time. Other than that, I like this traditional movie theater better than Alamo's setting."
"The theaters have not been updated. The seats are small and very close together. The popcorn was not great.. too many unpopped kernels and bland. The entrance staff was rude and unyielding. We weren’t allowed to wait in the lobby for our joining guests. One food staff guy was very nice! The concessions self serve area was filthy and one was out of service. Someone should be assigned to this area during busy times or special events. I would not go here if I didn’t have to (meaning the special event was only here) The TS Eras special event."
"Saw Barbie Movie for second with a group of Girl Scouts. Clean public areas. Comfortable seating with reserved seating. Popcorn was great! Ticket taker was friendly as were the counter staff (even with our rather large order). Expensive but what isn't any more."
