"I love the KOA! My friends and I stayed in a cabin for 5 days and had a phenomenal time. Dennis, the owner, has invested so much into creating a beautiful campground and there are many long term campers at any given time. The bathrooms have recently been redone and they're extremely nice for a campground (I mean REALLY nice.) Staff is mostly extremely kind and accommodating and they'll do their best to make your stay great. Order some good food from the food truck!"
"Cabins are clean, staff is wonderful, facilities like restrooms, laundry are clean, camp store is well stocked. Firewood available on site. Nice park across the road alot of folks walk to, public marina,beach short drive away takes a minute to get to."
"Love KOA/ but by a busy highway, not so much. clean clean clean The OUTTAWAY PARK across the street was perfect. Every camping experience is different strokes for different folks. We like to do the 1 & done experience, nothing against any particular place, that's just our style."
"The KOA staff were very friendly and helpful with special requests. Store was nicely stocked, campgrounds and bathrooms/showers were very clean. The hosts were anxious to help us with anything we needed. There is a park immediately across the street that they recommended we use because it's a short walk to the edge of Lake Erie. This was an excellent location and we'll be back."
"After staying in at least 10 campgrounds in the last 5weeks this is probably the nicest. Nice clean tiled washrooms. Beautiful mowed stocked fishing pond. Office open till 9pm with a large clean store. Helpful friendly staff. Walk across the road to a large city park on the shore of lake Erie. Level pull thru sites with gravel and with nice well spaced trees for shade."
