"Got a Kenwood subwoofer from them and head unit from them. The head unit intentionally kept on shutting off randomly so I had to keep taking it back to them. Which it then stopped shutting off. The subwoofer has worked for over a year since I got it. However, I decided to take the grill of the speaker and noticed they didn’t even have the correct wiring for the negative to connect to the terminal. I have no idea how they got it to work. I’m assuming they ran the wires all in my truck and realized they didn’t have the correct adapters and were too lazy to get the correct wiring. If you want your work done right and save some $$. Don’t go to these guys. I’ve spent over $1,200+ with them. Now I know better."
