"They NEVER answer the phone. Last 3 times I've ordered from them I've had items missing. I've called to get a refund and the phone rings and rings off the hook until they pick up just to hang up on you."
"Ordered a pretzel crust pizza... not what I got. Walked in, 2 guys sitting and talking. No word said when I walked in. Went to grab my pizza from the pick up area and guy just took it out and gave it to me without saying anything, still talking to other employee. They forgot my side sauce also."
"Once a great location, gone down hill. Good luck calling and placing an order via phone, they never answer. Ever. Want to order a pretzel crust? “You can only order it through the app.”, yet any other location has no problem ringing it up. Unfortunately there’s modifications I like to make that the app just doesn’t allow sometimes. So it’s nice to call and place the order instead of having to wait around for it."
"Disgusting HARD OLD Pizza PizzA! October 26, 2023 My husband did the pickup quick thing. BiG MIskTakE !! It was so hard the crust was even after a second microwave hard like a rock, literally. The staff is always rude and obviously don't like repeat business. Dissatisfied!"
"I usually go to this little caesars because it's the closest to me. Idk what they have been doing but the crazy bread barely had any parmesian on it!! I ordered crazy bread and cheese bread. Both were bad and hardly cooked all the way thru. ***9/27/23 Update**- Haven't ordered from here in 6 years so I figured I'd try it out again since I was hungry. Ordered crazy bread, nothing special. Well this place still sucks. The crazy bread tasted funny and was crunchy. Idk about y'all but crazy bread is NOT supposed to be crunchy. They seriously need to teach their people how to cook things properly. Never coming back. Photo is from recent visit."
