"What happen to the cheese in the middle?"

"The food was late, the driver actually gave me the wrong order and then went to the car to go get the right order because I let him know it was wrong period the food was quite gross. I used to love papa john's but I definitely can't say that today"

"On my most recent visit, I had ordered in advance to be ready by a certain time. I showed up at that time and they told me about another five minutes, and I proceeded to wait for over 20. Other people came in after me, while I sat and waited, and they got their orders. I already reported this and it was resolved, so I appreciate that. I did not make a big fuss or scene at the time & just waited on the bench because you could clearly tell that they were understaffed. But waiting that much longer for pizza when you were visibly eight months pregnant was very frustrating and just poor service."

"We have always come to this Papa John’s, and we will always come back because the food and service is impeccable!! We had an especially great interaction with Manager Nicholas Dean who was above and beyond in customer service and helping with an incorrect order."

"If I could put minus 10 for customer service I would…long story short NEVER received the pizza, I accidentally put the wrong address one number off which unfortunately for me is the neighborhood pool, i called twice to see where the order was because the app tracking wasn’t working it’s an automated system and told me it was on the way since at that time the pizza was already an hour late (meanwhile I have a bunch of hungry kids at my house) so then my phone pinged “delivered” so I called talked to an attitude driven stephanie who basically said you put the wrong address so basically sorry not sorry you have my phone number! No one called me! She claims they did and the whole thing was my fault because of the address, they did NOT call me! So im like okay so what are we going to do refund me or send the pizza again? Again telling me it’s my fault I get it I put the wrong address but you also have my name, card info and phone number! And if no one at the pool claimed the pizza then call me or your office to verify! She told me I didn’t need to give her attitude at this point, I don’t have one Im just trying to get the problem solved I told her I wanted to speak to the manager since we can’t come up with a solution since she wasn’t and she said she would make sure they never took orders from me again and she was the manger which is VERY unfortunate for this company! It literally was my first time ordering and I will never again!! Worst costumer service I have ever had in my life! Soooo now I have to go find something else to feed these hungry kids At this point I’m looking at it as a blessing for the lifeguards…"
