Vocelli Pizza

"I ordered a pizza on Uber Eats so I can’t speak on their service and atmosphere, but this is the first time I’ve ever eaten a pizza and been confused at how bland and tasteless it is. I normally love the crust of pizza, but I couldn’t finish a single slice because of how bland and doughy the crust was. Very sparse pepperoni, so I didn’t even have that much on my pizza. The UberEats rating was 4.9 stars so I thought trying it out would be a good idea but now I see on Google the rating here is 3 stars, so clearly that was a lie or mistake on UberEats’ part. Incredibly disappointed."

"My wife just tried to use a coupon that was mailed to our home. The coupon specifically listed this location, but when my wife attempted to use it, the manager repeatedly told her she could not. First, she couldn’t use it because it was for “a different location”…but the coupon specified this location. Second, she couldn’t use it because it was “for online use only”…but the coupon only says to present it at time of payment. Third, she couldn’t use it because “she had to tell him about it when she called to place the order”…but the coupon says “at time of payment.” And is he going to make the pizza smaller if he knows we have a coupon?? While repeatedly interrupting my wife as she tried to talk to him, he continued to refuse to accept the coupon. And from past reviews, it looks like this man has a habit of it. Now the 3 star rating makes sense. I would rather drive across the city than go to a place that treats their customers this poorly."

"Went in for a slice of pie today. They dont do pizza by the slice appatently, ok no worries. I figured i'd still order even though they didnt have what i wanted. Maybe i'd stumble upon a hidden gem so i ordered the meatball sub. I didn't. The meatballs were cold. 12 dollars for a cold meatball sub and i didnt even get a drink to wash it down. Wont be going back. Also they were argumentative when i tried to grab the soda that my "lunch deal" uncluded. Instead of being defensive like i was trying to steal from you, maybe you could have explained that the lunch deal ended for the day. Brilliant customer service when one of you walked away and the other just stood there. P.S.- your quality of service went down when you noticed i didnt tip you. No one asks you to sign a debit card receipt when you order takeout. If you want tips put a jar out and dont treat people differently."
