I used to take my car to a mechanic who passed & I have had no luck w/ anyone else until I went to Pasadena Bimmer. I thought I had a bad wheel bearing . "I took my 2006, 3 series convertible to Steve & Dylan at Pasadena Bimmer. I had 2 trouble lights lit on the dash & my left rear taillight was blinking fast. Dylan quickly diagnosed my issues & we set up an appt for me to drop my car off. Dylan told me how long the repairs would take & how much they'd cost. He was completely accurate as my car was returned to me on time & at the quoted cost which btw, was much lower than the Annapolis BMW dealer quoted. I'lldefinitely never go to any other repair shop for my BMW because integrity matters & these guys definitely have it."
"A good friend and my brother-in-law recommended Pasadena Bimmer to take my wife's Q3 in for diagnosis for P0016 error code. They ran similar multi-point inspection as the dealership for overall state of the car. Short story, they did an excellent job on fixing the Timing Chain, and also the much needed spark plug replacement. The workmanship is clean and thus far no issues. Wife is happy, so I am happy.... and safe :-). We will definitely come back for future car ailments. Thank you so much for a great customer service!"
