"I have not had this type of customer services in a long time. I can only tell you that it was refreshing. The customer service at Car Worx is impeccable. Maddie is gem and is extremely friendly and professional. She is that person that every customer dreams of when he or she walks through the door. No matter how many times I called her asking a question, she was ready to answer and never seemed irritated. She is also very knowledgeable in the field. The technical team re-wired my mother's SUV for dash cam and did an outstanding job compared to the previous shop we took it to which is why we had to bring it to Car Worx.
