"It’s a Southeast DC park. A few trails and picnic areas. In the parking lot used condoms and urine smells. The trails are not bad for where the park is located."
"If you like to see deers, they'll be around! This is a nice park for a family gathering. Picnic tables are available, a play area for the little ones, there's a restroom, and you can play music at a reasonable level for the family to enjoy! The police also patrols the area quite frequently - we usually invite them over for a plate of food, and sodas! Get there early to pick a good spot! There's nothing like family and making memories! Take lots of pictures!!!"
"I came here for the Chuck Brown Day concert, I had a really good time. Didn't see much of the park itself but the event was great!"
"My dog and I seemed to have the hiking trails all to ourselves this morning(besides a couple of deer families) which was a real treat! The wooded area was quite and beautiful. Although it seems like the trail maintaine could be better in some places and there was some illegal trash dumped near the community garden."
