"Let me preface this by saying that I worked with Lui and he was great to work with. He was very communicative and would send you updates on your car whenever possible. I have been going here for the last 3 years and it was the best customer experience I have had. Despite that, I discovered today that everything at this shop is grossly overpriced. I have always worked directly with the owner and he always had the power to knock down the price of repairs I needed (by a few hundred). Because I have been going here for the last 3 years I did not question the cost for the replacement of my muffler, but later discovered I was overcharged by around $300-400. They up charge their parts ordered by 100%, and their tech labor is about 35% more expensive than other places. The work done on my car is great and I have no complaints, but only go to this place if you’re willing to haggle the price down (but this can only most likely be done with the owner). Update: recently went to another mechanic and they showed me that my muffler was replaced incorrectly and they used glue (!?!) to hold it in place. DO NOT go to this place. Had to pay again to get my muffler replaced correctly."
