"I haven’t been here in a while since I sold my Mini but I had an issue with my BMW and a local mechanic couldn’t figure out the issue. I forgot that Scandinavian also did BMWs. I gave them a call and explained the situation. Scheduling was smooth and easy. I dropped off the car and I was told I would be kept in the loop on the issues. Bogdan contacted me and explained the situation and said they might need an extra day to make sure everything was up to their standards before handing it off to me. The next day he called me saying the car was done but I forgot to mention another issue on the car. He was able to get that fixed that same day and I was able to pick up the car as scheduled. The cost was way lower than the local dealership and the customer service here was second to none. I love supporting local small businesses and this one goes the extra mile to make themselves stand out."
