"UPDATE: Just one week later we notice Mom's car needs the state inspection. I went to the shop after work. Though they had 4 cars ahead of me and it should have been a 90 min wait, Rigo Cruz took pity and pushed me to the top of the list. I was on my way in 20 minutes. THANK YOU!!! My mother recently had a damaged tire that could not be repaired. Hogan's replaced the tire when they said they would and did not go over the estimated price. Plus, you can't beat a shuttle ride home! Highly recommend."

"Hogan & sons in Sterling, a typical auto and tire shop that I happen to visit for my yearly safety insurrection. I was going to visit another location, but I wanted to give them a try. Being I was the only customer upon arrival I thought I'd be in and out. Although this facility seems short-staffed due to COVID-19 restrictions, the service wasn't that bad, but it tookforever - an hour and a half. I had to wait a long time because the desk clerk was busy with an important customer call, but there was no water available and I was walking out of the shop while my vehicle sat outside ready for me to leave,and then more customers walked in and I felt lost in the shuffle. I didn't yhink this would be my experience because Hogan & son's is a reputable auto and tire shop for this area. So I was very disappointed as I waited and waited and waited, but it would've been nice to get in and out a little quicker. You think?? The experience was professional, although I had to WAIT for an inspection sticker. No doubt and the service technicians hard at work. This location gets credit for doing its best during an inflation gripped community and a COVID-19 environment in which they follow the basic recommendations and requirements. I can't say thank you for a good experience. Waiting while my car is sitting outside without even an acknowledgment won't insure I will return. Being a first time customer, I'd expect better. Very disappointed. As I am writing this I'm am still waiting closing in on two hours. And more customers are coming in and being serviced and in ignored. Outrageous!!! I was completely ignored and forgotten like yesterday's trash. Avoid this place like the plague!!!"
