"Arrived Saturday and the truck I saw and wanted just got sold. No big deal we found one that fits my needs. Frank was very helpful. However, come to find out the horn doesn’t work. I was sold something that would NOT pass MD State Inspection. Call up let them know and I will take half day off work to get it up there. The guy said it’s a 10 minute job if they have the part but can’t be looked at until tomorrow. So again I am without a vehicle because they don’t do loaners. May have to burn another sick day at work and I haven’t even made the first payment yet. So the buying experience 5 stars even though waiting on the financing guy was a bit timely due to people ahead of us. This repair and ordeal, 2 stars. So frustrating. Luckily it’s covered under warranty until they try to tell me it’s not."
"Had a great experience with Bob Bell Chevrolet, I knew the vehicle I wanted and basically we made the outline of the deal over text message, I lived an hour and a half away so I wanted to have a deal in place before I went to Bob Bell in Bel Air Maryland. The sales rep Travis Rowe had everything pretty much ready when I arrived. I just had to confirm my military veteran status give title information on my trade in and sign a few documents and give the down payment, and I was in my new Traverse on my way home. I traded in my 2016 Chevrolet Traverse for a brand new 2023 Chevrolet Traverse."
