"High-end motel layout. Great location, nice rooms, friendly staff, reasonable price. You're on your own for food so figure that out but there's a lot of places in McHenry to eat. Absolutely will stay here again and again."

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The location was just perfect - nestled right on the lakefront, with stunning views that took my breath away every time I stepped outside. The town itself was charming and full of friendly locals, who made me feel right at home. As for the Lodge itself, it was simply perfect for relaxation. Everything was immaculately clean and well-maintained, with every amenity I could need. The beds were comfortable, the linens soft and fresh, and the decor was warm and welcoming. "Great find! We tried this spot on a whim and were pleasantly surprised. Clean, up-to-date, rooms were equipped with everything you could need. Great view of the lake and nice picnic area with firepit out back. And affordable! We'll definitely be back."
"I have stayed in this lodge 3 separate times and in 3 different rooms. Each room is well cleaned and nicely decorated. As a person with spinal issues, I loved the soft yet firm bed. Each room has a great view of the lake and the lodge provides firewood for their pit. The friendly staff will even start it for you. I can not say how much I enjoy my times here."
