"We used Railey's and our check-in was supposed to be 4pm but it wasn't ready until 7:30pm. There was so much ice on the driveway that we couldn't get up to the house. It's was a bathroom in each room but if someone took a shower, the next person had to wait over an hour to take theirs. The toilet had plenty of hot water in it though. When you flushed it, you could see the steam coming up. The dishes, bathrooms, and grill was dirty. We couldn't cook out because it was food stuck on the grill. The office staff offered no help at all with anything but assured us that even if we didn't get up that hill we wouldn't get a refund. Next time I'll be booking through Taylor Made instead."
