"Gathering Place is clean, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed with dinner/glass/flatware. The rooms and living and dining spaces are ample in size and very comfortable. Parking is spacious. The house is a short drive from restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores while also being located on a more rural and relatively private lot/road. Lake access, fire pit, hot tub, grill, outdoor concrete ping pong table, and two refrigerators are pluses, along with a bunk bedroom that comfortably sleeps 6 people (which our kids loved!). On-site bear-proof trash receptacles are convenient. Essential hygiene and cleaning products generously were provided, and I especially appreciated not having to strip and bundle the linens from all of the beds at the end of our stay (like some property managers at other houses expect). This was our second stay at Gathering Place, and we would happily return again!"

"Great architect and pro interior design rebuild of an existing house. It had a very new feeling from lots of tile and solid floors and solid surface counter tops in kitchen and baths, etc. We loved the layout with the huge suite on second floor, new modern kitchen with bar and large dining table. Very well appointed and with modern light colors. The mattresses were very comfortable. Also had substantial kitchen pots, pans, knives etc. Great basement game room and large deck and patio. Big parking area. Having rented many houses in the area you can’t go wrong if you are looking for a 5bd home with water and dock access."

"Magnolia - an amazing home!! We selected this property because it is dog friendly and because of its proximity to the water. We saw the pictures online and knew that it was nice, but it was even more beautiful in person. This property is set up with so many things to enjoy. We had a blast in the game room (so fun! video games, huge connect 4, TV and more), enjoyed the hot tub, and the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and the house was very clean. You can tell that a lot of thought and pride was put into this home. We loved it and would love to return. The owners were so helpful as well. Thank you for allowing us to have a great family weekend!"
