"Had a great experience at the dealership with Mo as our sales rep, walked in and it was packed, and she was quick to get us taken care of which was surprising with how busy it was, I was nervous. We drove to the dealership for our specific vehicle so we knew we wanted it before we even showed up. Had a little trouble with financing that could have been avoided but wasn’t a big deal (I believe Rachael was her name was working with us and explained everything and was doing her best to take care of us and was really doing her best, she was awesome as well). But Bernard the Sales manager really took care of us (can’t say enough good things about him!), even afterwards when I had to drive an hour and a half back to the dealership to get a problem diagnosed and he had me in and out quickly. The only reason I cannot give five stars was because the finance manager in the back (didn’t catch the name) was so rude, almost had my wife and I walking away from the deal. Bernard again came in and settled the room and saved the deal, but that finance manager was absolutely overboard in how he talked to my wife and I. Other than him the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing and quick to get us taken care of and really made our experience great. Would highly recommend to anyone buying in the area!"

"The only place who didn’t lie when they said I would get approved and I did . We weren’t there that long either . Morelia made the process smooth and easy . She could sense I was on edge so she made me feel at ease with the process especially since this is the first time I’ve brought a car at a dealership. The finance manager was extremely clear and didn’t tell me any falsified information and I appreciate that . He spoke to me in terms I understood which made it easier for me to sign everything . The service department also gave me a new windshield and balanced my tires . They took their time with my car . I’m happy now that I have a reliable car with low miles . Check them out it’s a reason they’re always busy !!"

"0 stars if I could!! I drove two hours for a car that has been in stock for the past 4 weeks! I had been communicating with one of sales reps ( don’t want to mention the name because this is more of a management issue) for a week discussing the car, but was never informed about the horrible cosmetic condition. The car was so dirty inside and out, there were dents and scratches all around, and even if I wanted to purchase it I wouldn’t be able to get it until a week after ( which was never mentioned during the conversations). Per original listing, it looks like the car cosmetic issues were photoshopped. There was nothing that said there were any problems with the car. They knew I was driving 2 hours with my family and still wasn’t informed- it wasted my whole day. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!"

"Hampstead was incredibly welcoming from the start. They made us feel comfortable and answered any and all questions we had. It was my first time buying a car and Wes explained every part of the process without making me feel swindled or tricked. The cars all looked in great shape in the lot and the 2016 Subaru Forester we bought was in excellent shape! We drove from Virginia because of the great deals and how they were highly recommended. We also recommend this dealership and would go back for sure!"
