"Wish I could give the place 0 stars. Sat in the drive through line for 20 mins, with 1 car infront of me, then sat at the window for 10 mins and they never opened the window to say anything. When we beeped the horn for them to come to the window, they just looked over and smirked at us. We just left the order and all and went across the street to McDonald’s as we watched multiple cars pull out from the drive through at Wendy’s giving up on their orders. This is a regular thing for them, this place is very unprofessional and I am shocked corporate hasn’t done anything about this!"
"Not only once but twice we had to go through the drive thru to get one lousy sandwich to get corrected which was never fixed. Called up the place and the red headed chick with glasses started to laughed at us over the phone when we were just asking about the burger because they messed it up the second time. I cussed her out as soon I heard her disrespecting us and she shut her mouth immediately. And that’s when she hung up lol not so funny now is it? We didn’t even bother eating the food because we know damn well they spit in it. Calling corporate ASAP."
"I usually enjoy Wendy’s. This location just happened to be a little slow to get my prder out to me. The food was okay after I waited for 15 minutes. It was 8:00 on a weekday, but I think that’s a long time to wait for fast food. I usually get the chocolate milkshake and jr bacon cheeseburger with fries. Other than the long wait, it was an okay experience overall."
"Just remodeled and the service is worse! 25 minutes in line behind two cars and they forgot 3 items in our order. Not worth going back fix and talk to the teenagers that have no urgency or desire to do their jobs! For Wendy’s manager or owner if they see read this…. We are there from 8:00 pm until 8:25 pm in the drive thru on Saturday 12/02/2023. Please fix your service!!!"
"Went here the other night for my kids they wanted spicy nuggets. So we got there and they said I'm so sorry but we have to make fresh nuggets. Do you mind waiting 4 minutes and drive back around drive thru?! I had no problem waiting for fresh food. Thank you Wendy's employees Sunday night it was much appreciated!"
