"They messed our order all up. The receipt was correct but they gave us a sausage & egg instead of a sausage & cheese, forgot our hasbrowns, and we ordered 2 strawberry and cream pies only to be told they only had one & it would be 12 min until fresh ones were ready. We were cool w/waiting the 12 min but the 1 pie they gave us was burnt- and I mean black and hard. They made it right after the Spanish lady hassled us but the receipt was right & it was DEF their fault so they made it right."
"So I’ve had mixed results here. Sometimes I get friendly employees and good food, and other times I get the wrong order and very dirty looks. I think that in the food service industry you should be polite to the customers who are coming to the establishment. However that doesn’t always happen here. Aside from that, it’s always very very busy at this location."
"Manager Luis or Diego (not sure of his name) is very disrespectful, he hung up the phone on me when trying to figure out an issue with a family members mobile order. When I called back I could hear him tell the employee why he had answered the phone and that he did not want to talk to me. Also, they never have anything stocked. It used to be nice to go here and now service has drastically gone down. Horrible service!"
"The Hampstead McDonald's used to be some much better, but the quality of the food and customer service has diminished recently. I realize that it's just fast food, but people can not afford to waste money these days, especially when McDonald's has raised the price of some of their items. Maybe a team meeting is needed to be sure employees are paying attention to details, the quality of food going out, and a bit more courtesy toward the customers. Please remember that without the patronage of your customers you wouldn't be in business."
