"Horrendous customer service. A month ago I ordered a big dinner box with 3 different pizzas and 2 orders of cheesy bread sticks, when my order came 2 out of the 3 pizzas were incorrect and missing multiple toppings. When I called I was redirected for 3+ hours between the store and their customer care line and received no help or refund whatsoever. Then this evening I purchased dinner for my family and once again I'm missing food in my order. I called into pizza hut and was told I could have store credit instead of just refunding me for the bread sticks. If you wanna spend at least $50 and not got your correct order, by all means go ahead. You won't catch me ordering for her again. I'd rather go to Gettysburg"

"The food was tastey. But the price is ridiculous. This bowel of 6 small wings was 10.99. And there's barely any sauce on them. When I ordered I really thought they'd be more size appropriate for the price. This is disappointing. Over charging to make up for less business."
