"I ended up waiting 35-40 minutes just for two sausage breakfast sandwiches. Which mind you people with bigger orders got theirs about the same amount of time as me. They are very unorganized when they get a rush and they kept making things worse for customers and kept getting orders wrong over and over"

"Service has gone waayyyyyy downhill lately. There are a couple wonderful employees and the other ones don’t want to work and can’t get anything correct. They took FOUR orders on the one side of the drive thru before they got to me then when I pull up to the window they tell me I have to go park out front and wait for my order. The last time I came they got ONE out of 4 things correct. I told myself to not come back and I thought I would just once more and now I regret it as I’ve been sitting on their property for 20 minutes and don’t have my food and who knows if any of it will be correct."

"We ordered through the brilliant app, got gas and then went to the Mac, where the hot food was brought to our car. Perfect way to get fast food! Pity the holiday pie was sold out at 6 pm."

"I am re-doing this because I guess the first one never went through or so but I’m just typing on here because I ordered delivery today at like 630 and it took McDonald’s about like 10 to 15 minutes to make my food to give to my doordasher. Luckily I did get my food very warm which was good but it shouldn’t have taken them 10 to 15 minutes to make food and then hand it to the person receiving my food. I would like to say that this is horrible customer service, and since I do work in customer service and I fast food place this is unacceptable and I am very not appreciative of this experience from my experience last night with DoorDash since it took them an hour or less since it took them 30 minutes to get me a new Dasher when my first one canceled to pick up his kid. I also ordered two chicken sandwiches and they did not get the pickles like I ordered them with and I was very upset because I have read the reviews about people either getting pickles on the order when they don’t want pickles or when they do get pickles, they don’t receive their pickles. This is not how you should be doing this any fast food place if a customer ask for certain modifications to their order, you make those modifications no matter what being lazy or not it is the right thing to do and you should have the food ready within 5 to 10 minutes within the first placement of the order not 10 minutes later after!"

"Stood at the register and an employee walked back behind the register and rang her self up and walked away. I waited at least 5 more minutes for the manager to come out and ring me up. She was not nice at all! Are food was brought out cold without the drinks. I am so done with this place everytime there is a problem. They did bring out hot fries when my friend complained."
