"Update to reply to the comment: Thanks for the additional info I'm not sure if you're talking about me or another customer, but unfortunately I wasn't told all these info, I was just told "we don't do safety inspection" Had I been told, I'd have happily gone to the other location I think trying to schedule the appointment more than once shows I was keen to try your services I scheduled an appointment for safety inspection thru their website at 4pm , because that showed open on their schedule, received an email later that they don't take cars after 4pm.. Replied back NP and asked what's their next opening since self schedule is not accurate.. but no reply Next week I was passing by the shop so I stopped to ask about their availability, the lady at the office told me they don't do safety inspection! Although it's written all over their website Not sure if the website is outdated or they don't want new customers"

"I came here looking for an estimate to repair a small dent in my front quarter side panel after bumping into my garage while backing out. Though I was told they don't really do body work, Tony came out to take a look, got a suction puller, and spent 10-15 minutes working it with the puller and by hand to minimize the dent. Although it's not a perfect repair, it's a huge improvement. He even took the time to clean off the paint scratches for me. I was very satisfied with the end result, and Tony refused any offer of compensation. Thanks to Tony for helping me out, and I will definitely return here first if I need auto work in the future."

They are clear about costs and give you an estimate ahead of time. Their charge to make a diagnosis is fair, and they will not proceed to work until you authorize them (unlike some other places that take the liberty to do work without approval). I'm very satisfied with their work and customer service. Happy to support this small, local business."
