"Wonderful, caring service! I had been trying for 4 months to get some detailed documentary work witnessed with a guaranteed follow up by a foreign government. Two other businesses agreed to help but then let me down when the follow up calls came, so my applications failed. Finally, it was suggested that I try Postal Connections in Lansdowne Town Center. Vanita at Postal Connections was willing to assist and even checked back with me when she wasn’t called for a follow up after two weeks. When they did call, she was amazing and my application was finally approved. Her diligence and attention to detail is thoroughly appreciated! Thanks so much! ."

"I usually go to drop of packages only, never had any issues. Today I went to get a scanning job done. I asked the lady working if she can scan 4 packets with 21-24 pages in each and email them to me, as my scanner is not working at home. I am mind blown that she charged me $80.39 to scan them and email them to me…. She said 94 pages at 79 cents each. Is this even reasonable? Anyways will not be going there again. The reason I’m leaving this review is I forgot to ask how much it will cost me for the service and she didn’t mention how much the service was going to cost me, I would have not used the service if it was that expensive. I am not cheap but I know this is not reasonable. Just called FedEx and checked with them it’s 49 cents per page yall! Go to FedEx!"
"While I mostly use the store for package drop offs, I will say that there has not been a bad experience. I mislabeled a package once and when I went back, the owner saved it for me and made sure she was able to connect with me for future mishaps as I move tons of product through there monthly. They always say hello when the door opens, and are very friendly. I love the location and appreciate the service and convenience."
