"Way too expensive. Used a 21x17x11 box for a 12x16x2 framed drawing which raises the shipping cost. Actual wt. 7 lbs but billed at 24 lbs because of the size. I did NOT know this until after I paid. They will justify by saying they have high standards for packing. Yes, they packed it so there should be 17 pounds worth of bubble wrap or whatever they use. I have packed and MAILED bigger packages to England for less. I went to UPS because I thought they were cheaper to use and I couldn't find a 16x20x3 box anywhere, which would have been sufficient! I can't believe they didn't have something closer to that size. My opinion, they must rip people off to make money. I won't use UPS again. USPS from now on!"
