"Drinks were good once we recieved them. Plenty of staff with no orders being prepared and they were waiting at the window for a friend to come around so they could chat for a while before preparing our 2 small drinks."
"We waited at least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged with 4 people working. Then waited another 25 minutes before the Barista to ask us why we were still waiting and that she forgot to make my daughter's drink."
"Went in for a basic coffee, was told the wait was 30 minutes due to mobile orders and they were severely behind. There were 4 or 5 people in their total. Love Starbucks, but wanted to leave this review so they can hopefully review their processes one day so you don’t lose customers."
"May be the WORST drive thru service ever experienced. Stopped in for a "quick" cup of coffee and the sat in the drive thru lane for over 20 minutes on a Sunday afternoon at 3 PM. The average time spent per car at the window was over 5 min. (there weren't that many cars in line so I thought it would be quick). They were either severely understaffed or the staff was severely undertrained. I rarely go to starbucks because of the expense and the lack of concern for the environment, and this experience certainly reinforced my aversion to the company."
