Mad Men Lake House

"Mad Men is the cutest winter getaway and perfectly located near Wisp resort for skiing. The house has a cozy fireplace, games, a large dining room table, lots of dishes and cooking utensils. The house had everything we could have needed, but note that the driveway is incredibly steep requiring 12 people to hike up and down with our stuff each day. Unfortunately, only 1 car had 4 wheel drive and we were too nervous to risk getting stuck at the bottom."

"When we walked in the house there was a sign welcoming our family. Plus a gift basket full of goodie! We loved the location. It was close to Wisp, Hiking, Escape Room and a great Brewery. House had so many special notes with excellent instructions and attention to detail with quality furniture inside and out. The deck was brand new. The beds were all very comfortable. The linens also were very nice and plush. The kitchen was very well appointed also! It was a special week for all of us and we look forward to trying other Mad Men Vacation Homes in the future. "We had such a wonderful time on our first family trip to Deep Creek at this absolutely beautiful home! Booking the home was so easy and Rebecca is super organized, delivering all of the information we would need to make the most out of our stay. Communication with the host was amazing. There were also so many little personalized details within the home and throughout our stay that really enhanced our experience. Views of the lake were stunning and there was never a dull moment, as there are so many features of the home to enjoy (game room, fire pit, outdoor projector, kayaks, etc). You won't regret staying here! We are already looking forward to booking our next trip!"

"We had an awesome time at Mad Men Lake House with 13 women (age 21 to 64) spending three nights at your beautiful Lakeside home. It was perfect weather, sunny, warm, and breezy although we didn’t partake of your available kayaks and canoes. The smart appliances made for easy cooking as the kitchen layout flowing into the living room worked well. When we weren’t hiking or at a winery or cidery or Lavender Farm or shopping, we were enjoying the beautiful large deck or hot tub (nightly). We had a blast singing karaoke around the fire pit with the terrific Adirondack chairs. Everything was top notch and had obvious personal touches. Rebecca was truly amazing to work with in every respect and I would highly recommend this home for any family or group of friends."
