"We reserved a U-Haul truck and trailer to pick up at Drew Automotive, and on the day of our move, with less than an hour notice, U-Haul told us the truck was a several hour round trip away. Richard at Drew Automotive went far above and beyond to make things right for us. He picked up the truck, replaced the worn wiper blades, checked and topped off all fluids, and walked us through loading the car onto the trailer. I very rarely write reviews, but I have to spread the word of Richard’s honesty, integrity, and exemplary customer service. Thank you!"

"We had a reservation for uhaul for 3 weeks. They did not have our truck when we needed it. After calling the day before my reservation date I was informed by the owner that the truck was not available and he did not notify uhaul. Uhaul found a smaller truck that was not big enough for the move and had it brought to this location for my move day. When I arrived, owner told me I could not have that uhaul any longer. Now we are stuck on my moving day with no truck, when we went out of the way to plan this weeks ahead of time. Regards, Former uhaul client"

"Rented a uhaul truck here. The staff was a big help. I realized when I arrived I had rented a truck that was too big. He was able to accommodate a smaller one to help with my dilemma. Was very helpful and friendly and I will be renting from here again!"
