He reviewed a few possible tire options with me to make recommendations. When I arrived, they had six customer service employees ready to assist customers. I identified myself and Austin did an excellent job explaining the work that would be done: tire replacement, wheel balancing and alignment. Two hours was set aside for the work, and they were done in 1-1/2 hours & called me to let me know they were done since I went out for a walk to nearby stores.
