"Over the past several years my wife and I have rented a couple different apartments from this company while in as well as after college until purchasing our home. Prices were fair in comparison to other places. Landlords, office managers, and maintenence personnel have always been helpful and attentive to situations (lights, water leaks, power outages. Etc). We respected the property, and in turn was granted permission to have pets. Always good to look at what is around, but would recommend Sparty Rentals."

They purposely try to screw people over to make more money definitely suggest knowing you’re renting rights in the state of Vermont. extremely discriminatory and know college kids don’t know much about renting. The women is very rude and disrespectful certainly needs better communication skills with tenants. The property manager was great and totally willing to work with me until he quit due to The hostile work environment."
"would not recommend renting ever from this company. they rent out in a college town in order to screw college kids out of there money. Moved into an apartment that had smoke damage and was never painted prior to moving in. After moving out I was charged for painting the whole house from top to bottom (ceilings and everything). Owners are extremely unprofessional and take advantage of everyone they can. Christine the lady who runs the office is off the walls and loses it on there tenants for absolutely no reason. she loses her temper and freaks out on tenants and then will just hang up on the mid phone call. This business should be shut down immediately."
