"I can’t rave enough about this place, but more importantly the owner, Shane. We were in a hostile home rental situation that we didn’t feel comfortable staying in. We explained our situation and he accommodated 10 people + 1 dog with very short notice. He was so kind, helpful and we couldn’t have been happier with the situation. We stayed in the Bromley Suite and it was perfect. It was so clean, comfortable and cozy. Luckily, we had air mattresses for the people who didn’t have a bed and there was more than enough room. My fiancé and I will most definitely be back and are forever grateful for Shane’s hospitality. I can’t emphasize enough, if you are looking for a quaint place to stay close to Manchester Center, this is your place."

"This had to have been on of the worst stays I’ve ever had. I come in after a long day of riding to the shower being clogged, hairdryer not working (they never fixed this), refrigerator not working (they never fixed this either), only one coffee cup (I put down two people for the room), no tissues, missing smoke detector, and the room was very dirty with mold in the bathroom and stains on all the curtains. I stayed two nights for $281, this was very expensive for what I got, and they only gave me $50 back. This was one of those creepy old motels you see in the movies where it looks like you’re going to die. I traveled solo and the curtains did not even close all the way and I felt like people can look in very easily. Also the breakfast food was always out by the time I got there (830am, which is still early). Overall- will not stay here again."

"Great stay at the Aspen Hotel! We stayed in the house on the property between Christmas & New Years. Loved the location & the staff couldn’t have been nicer! Even though we had a house we loved the room by the office to get coffee & breakfast in the morning. The house was very comfortable & we look forward to future renovations. We first met Meaghan who helped us when we arrived. Then Abby took over & she was extremely nice & helpful. Both Abby & Rich responded quickly when we had questions. I would definitely return!"

"Almost perfection. And the only reason it is not perfection is because my stay had to end. I was home for the Christmas holiday in Vermont and I elected to stay at this wonderful establishment. I already long to return and I just left yesterday. The room featuring two twin size beds was absolutely gorgeous. I have traveled so much this year because of a book I have written that is taking me to 41 different states and I have never seen a hotel this spotless. The location lends itself on a superior level to try and quality. You cannot but help experience serenity with the mountains surrounding you as this particular hotel sits somewhat off the road. I never heard another sound while I was sleeping or relaxing in my room. I did not hear other guests while the hotel was at least 3/4 full during my stay. The control setting for the heat was user friendly and the registers put out no sound. Abby is the ultimate hostess. Retrieving your key from the front office for a contactless experience is not only very smart but also an unrecognized invitation on their part exceeding the guest expectations as you know they anticipate your arrival. As if they are excited you are coming. Prior to arriving you will receive two separate text messages alerting you of the process to obtain the key while also indicating other person information for your enjoyment. I cannot thank them enough. For anyone to have less than a stellar experience such as mine would fascinate me as to how that could be the case. By the way the shower head had me wanting to take another shower 20 minutes after I had just finished. LOL"

"Large rooms with good quality bedding and towels. Great water pressure in the shower. Basic breakfast included, which was a nice touch. A little walk to the bars and restaurants which will be much easier when the work on the sidewalks is finished."
