"I have lived here for a year now and absolutely love my space, the building, and all it has to offer. The property manager is the kindest individual and is here almost every day to say hi, give my dog a treat, and check in with me. The building is very secure and safe and there is constantly some sort of event happening. It is the best place I have ever lived and even though rent is high, it is worth it due to the safety and feeling of home and community that The Factory on Willow has to offer."

"Beyond the location, beyond the solid construction within the structure of an old factory, beyond the 13ft ceilings and the six foot windows, beyond all of that stuff you may get other places, the managerial efficiency, the maintenance responses, creative and respectful community here make this a comfortable place to call home."
"I absolutely loved this place. If I didn't have to move out of the state for the job, I wouldn't leave it. Huge studio with five big windows. Walk in closet. Nice management. Quiet neighbors. Felt absolutely safe there. You can't walk into the building if you don't have the keys. Walking distance to the most destinations. Very nice atmosphere. Really miss it."
"I was the first resident to move into this building when it first opened. Mariana is amazing. Exposed brick, brand new appliances and a WALK IN shower!? Amazing! Gym and laundry on site. Fenced in dog area, and a FOOD truck in the parking lot! (SOOO good!) also outdoor sitting areas and all tenants are super friendly. Never have trouble finding parking or noisy neighbors. Huge mill windows with great natural light. Sad to be moving from this apartment and if I wasn’t moving out of state I’d stay as long as I can. Thank you Mariana and The Factory team for a wonderful experience!"
